Bishop Robert J. Bolton, Jr. is a visionary leader, author, pastor, and executive whose life’s work bridges faith, service, and strategic leadership. He is the Founder and Senior Servant of One Accord Christian Church in Newburgh, NY, and the visionary behind One Accord Community Cares, Inc.—ministries devoted to the mission of Jesus Christ and to ministering to the Total Man, reaching beyond the four walls of the church to transform lives through holistic service. In addition to his pastoral calling, Bishop Bolton is the Presiding Bishop and founder of Gifted Ministries Fellowship International, a network focused on convening, counseling, and capacity-building for leaders and ministries. He also serves as Vice President of the Christian Ministerial Fellowship of Newburgh, NY, and Vicinity, where he continues to build collaborative relationships among spiritual leaders and institutions.

A gifted communicator and creative, Bishop Bolton authored Blocking My View, a Christian novel that has been adapted into a stage play and is available through major platforms such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Currently, he serves as President and Executive Director of The Interchurch Center, a 600,000-square-foot office building in Manhattan that serves as a home to nonprofit organizations committed to justice, education, advocacy, and compassion. In this role, Bishop Bolton leads with both business acumen and spiritual insight, transforming the Center into a vibrant, purpose-built community where nonprofits connect, grow, and collaborate—building resilience that starts in the building and extends to the city and world beyond.

An Air Force veteran of Desert Storm, Bishop Bolton holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Religion and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry. Across every sphere—from the pulpit to the boardroom—he is known for his servant leadership, clarity of vision, and passion for empowering others.

Bishop Bolton attributes his unwavering faith and commitment to the fervent prayers of his late mother, Elizabeth Knight. He is deeply grateful for his wife, Executive Pastor Lady Lashelle Bolton, who partners with him in life, ministry, and mentorship. Together, they have a blended family of five children and share a passionate commitment to helping couples build strong, grace-filled marriages that reflect love, trust, and divine purpose.
