Pastor Lady Lashelle Bolton (affectionately known as Lady B) was born and raised in Westchester County, New York. She is joyfully married to Bishop Robert Bolton and is the proud mother of five children. Lady B accepted the Lord as her personal Savior in her youth while attending True Salvation Training Center of Praise in Mount Vernon, NY, a foundational experience that shaped her lifelong devotion to God and service to His people.

 

Over the years, God has faithfully revealed and refined her gifts in intercessory prayer, teaching, preaching, and praise & worship. She has served the body of Christ in numerous capacities, including Youth Ministry Director, Sunday School Teacher, and Praise Team Organizer. On February 11, 2018, Lady B was ordained as an Elder in the Lord’s Church, and on June 12, 2021, she was installed as Executive Pastor of One Accord Christian Church in Newburgh, NY. In partnership with her husband, she serves diligently through preaching, teaching, finance ministry, Christian education, and worship leadership.

 

Beyond the church walls, Lady B brings more than 30 years of experience in Healthcare Management, holding multiple professional certifications and having served on the board of a nationally recognized organization. Her deep passion for Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management led her to establish Superior Coding, LLC, a company dedicated to equipping individuals with the skills needed to enter the field of Medical Billing and Coding.

 

Lady B is also the visionary and founder of Glory Not Guilt, Inc., a faith-based nonprofit health and wellness movement created to encourage, empower, and educate individuals toward holistic transformation. Through impactful workshops, group coaching, and seminars, this ministry is helping people break free from destructive cycles and walk boldly into God’s design for wellness and wholeness. She is a Certified Health Coach and a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

 

In addition, Lady B is the author of Rise with Glory, Not Guilt, a powerful 28-day wellness devotional that guides readers through spiritual renewal, emotional healing, and practical steps toward living free from shame and condemnation.

 

As a woman on a continual journey toward total wellness—and an overcomer of trauma and adversity—Lashelle is deeply committed to sharing the life-changing truth that the grace of God cancels guilt and releases us from negative and unhealthy patterns. She is a Wellness Enthusiast, Inspiring Facilitator, and Chief Encouragement Officer, called to uplift, restore, and ignite purpose in others.

 

Above all, Lady B faithfully undergirds her husband through unwavering prayer, steadfast support, and loving encouragement as the Lord leads them both to unimaginable heights in ministry.
