Unsalted, unsweetened Nuts are allowed (where needed)
28 days-
28 minutes of devotion daily including reading 1 chapter of the book of Acts which has 28 chapters.Â
Join the prayer line daily as you are able. MON - FRI (There are 3 opportunities.)
