Fast Type: Water Only
Spiritual Focus: Consecration & Surrender

Genesis 12 – The call to move forward by faith
Psalm 51 – Cleansing and renewal
Romans 12 – A living sacrifice
Matthew 6 – True fasting and spiritual focus

Surrendering the year before it begins
Repentance and heart alignment
Asking God to set divine order for 2026

Fast Type: Water, Natural Juices & Pressed Fruit
Spiritual Focus: Renewal & Vision
Permitted:
Water
All-natural juices (no added sugar)
Pressed fruit (blended or pressed, not whole fruit)

Ezekiel 36 – A new heart and a new spirit
John 15 – Abiding for fruitfulness
Philippians 3 – Pressing forward

Renewed vision and focus

Guidelines:
No sugar

Proverbs 16 – Committing plans to the Lord

Asking for discipline to maintain momentum
Declaring obedience, wisdom, and endurance
